Advanced Track

For those whose love of music has
turned into a passion

Encore Track (ages 7-13)
The Encore Track is for students who are ages 7-12 who want more during their weekly lesson. Most students thrive on a half hour
lesson per week. Some just can't get enough music! We offer one-on-one personalized theory and songwriting instruction by extending
private lessons from 30 minutes to one hour. Students will qualify for the Encore Track by recommendation by their instructor or by
invitation following our Music Festival. This is a brand new program that we are proud to launch!

What does the Encore Track include?

36 private lessons, 1 hour lesson per week (time for more in-depth training on technique, theory, voice, etc.) on your main
instrument (piano, voice, or guitar) for the year (Sept-July)
OR--Enrollment in a Songwriting or Theory class (or summer camp) at our Rogers Studio.
Cost: $120 per month (11 payments; 36 lessons)

Advanced Track (ages 13 and up)
The Advanced Track is for students who are ages 13 and up and have realized that music is much more than a hobby or a requirement
from their parents. We are looking for dedicated, hard working students who desire to take their instrument and musical passions to the
next level. By challenging them to work hard, learn more, perform more often, and hone their skills, they will see growth and development
like never before. Students will have one hour private lessons to work on theory, songwriting, sound engineering, Pro Tools, or adding
another instrument to the student's primary instrument. This is a brand new program that all the teachers at Signature School of Music are
proud to launch.

What does the Advanced Track include?

36 private lessons, 1 hour lesson per week (time for more in-depth training on technique, theory, voice, etc.) on your main
instrument (piano, voice, or guitar) for the year (Sept-July)
OR--Enrollment in a Songwriting or Theory class (or summer camp) at our Rogers Studio.
Two Master Classes per semester (a small group studio recital; students perform for one another, discuss and critique each other,
along with a designated instructor)
One field trip per semester

Specialized Track (ages 13 and up)
The Specialized Track is for students who need something "non-traditional." Our very talented teachers can customize a music plan that
is right for each student's interests and area of specialty. Options include: working on your singing voice while playing guitar or piano;
learning about ProTools (recording software for musicians--includes using a laptop, software, and your instrument); learning songwriting
and theory skills; working on more than one instrument (plan out a semester schedule with more than one teacher); and more!

What does the Specialized Track include?

Some students in this track will have weekly lessons, others will alternate every-other-week.
Before enrolling in this track, students will have a lesson consultation with a future teacher, to discuss the music plan and ensure we
are a good fit for your family. The 30 minute consultation costs $24.
Students must be self-motivated and know what they want out of lessons.
Students should attend the consultation with a list of questions or ideas of a desired result.
Specialized students must commit to a minimum of 4 months of lessons to ensure adequate time of reaching the student goals.
Students may be involved in sports but must have adequate time to commit to their instrument. Dreams do not come true without
time and hard work.

How Do We Enroll?

Talk to your teacher! If you are a current student at Signature Studios, your teacher simply has to refer you to Jennifer.
If you are a new or transfer student, you must first have a consultation ($24 for 30 minutes with the future teacher) to enter our
programs OR you must have a recommendation from a current teacher (send a letter of recommendation to
jen@signaturemusicstudios.com)
